Term of Service

⟡ Payment is available via Paypal.
⟡ All services purchased from me are permitted for commercial use. The pricing remains fixed irrespective of private usage.
⟡ I reserve the right to decline a project for any reason.
⟡ The project will commence only after payment has been received (or upfront if it involves a substantial amount).
⟡ If I have not initiated work on the sketch, a full refund of the payment can be issued (excluding the taxes or fees deducted by PayPal).
⟡ Urgent commissions will incur additional charges.
⟡ Please refrain from removing my signature/watermark. When sharing or reposting the artwork elsewhere, I would greatly appreciate it if you could crediting my name.
⟡ As the artist, I retain the rights to display my work on my social media. If you need, I won't posting the works until your debut, just let me know.

Workflow

1. Feel free dm me on twitter to ask me ; )
2. I need to know what you want clearly, and please send me a reference drawing of your character and his/her name.
3. I will start drawing after full payment has been made.
4-A. If you buy an Emotes based on an existing template, I will simply confirm with you that the hair, eye color and clothing which I drew are correct. Then draw all the emotes in one go.
4-B. If you buy Custom emoticons, I will confirm a draft of each emote with you and send the process pics to ask if everything is ok.
5. When all is done, I will send files in the format and size which you need.
⚠ I'll stream the work process on twitch, please let me know if you wanna keep it a secret until your debut.

What will you get after commissioned?
• 500px original size GIF, 240px smaller size GIF (transparent background).
• The PNG of frame files of each animated emote.
• A simple cute frontal picture of a character in chibi style.
I do not accept those offers:
• I do not accept multiple character design sharing the template (including the same character with different clothing).

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMISSIONING

⟡ I only accept Art+Rig commissions, and all prices below has already included drawing costs.
⟡ I do not accept: Art/Rig only , NSFW, mechs, busts.
⟡ Information I need to know before ordering:
1. How do you anticipate using the rigging you will get? (e.g. for live streaming). Is this your first time commissioning live2D Rigging?
2. What facial tracking software are you using? (e.g. VtubeStudio)
3. What the face tracker are you using? (webcam/ios/Vbridger)
4. What your budget?
5. Do you plan to/have a budget for additional rigging maintenance/update services?
⟡ Information you need to know before ordering:
1. The designer defaults to using Vtubestudio for debugging, if you are using other facial tracking software, please let me know.
2. I usually include some extra services/items as a bonus. So, when I add additional contents unexpectedly, you don't have to worry about extra costs. It's just my way to striving to make each character as fantastic as possible.

Workflow

3. Before I start sketching, you should pay the 25% of commission amount.
4. Before I start inking, you should pay the 50% of commission amount.
5. After the Rig-ready art finished, I'll start to make the rigging.
6. I will send process pics time to time, and ask you some questions to make sure everything is alright.
7. When all is done, I will send you the Runtime files for the facial tracking software by email after full payment has been made.
